Return and Refund Policy for Mahi's WearHouse

At Mahi's WearHouse, we aim to ensure our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Below is our return and refund policy:

1. Refund Policy for Manufacturing Defects

We offer a 7-day refund policy for items with manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you wish to initiate a refund, please email us at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com with a detailed description of the defect along with images of the item. Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you on how to arrange the pickup of the product.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for size and fitting issues. Here’s how it works:

  • Send the original product back to us in its original condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send you the new size as per your request.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the original purchase, and the order will be canceled.

Note: Exchanges will not be accepted under any other conditions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the amount, please contact us at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com.
