  • We currently deliver across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time, but stay tuned for updates!

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We provide Free Shipping PAN India. All the shipping costs are included in the product amount.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or due to unavoidable circumstances.

5. Shipping Partners

  • We collaborate with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner's website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will try to re-deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

9. Address Changes

10. Return to Sender

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, shipping and re-shipping charges will apply.

11. Exceptions
