Shipping Policy

At Mahi’s WearHouse, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below is our detailed shipping policy to provide you with all the information you need about shipping and delivery.

We currently offer shipping across India.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates!

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹75 for orders below ₹1,000.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on orders above ₹1,000.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order experiences any delays, please contact us at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com or call us at +91-7723094362. We will assist you promptly to resolve any issues.

In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier partner will make additional delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the damaged package and product for our reference so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes to the shipping address.

10. Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, shipping and re-shipping charges will apply.

11. Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, sales, or by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or strikes. We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any significant delays.
