1. Refund Policy for Manufacturing Defects
We offer a 7-day refund policy for items with manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

The item is in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, email us at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com. Please provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear images of the item.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to return the product for a refund.
2. Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you find any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damage or issue, and we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the problem.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for size and fitting issues. Here’s how the exchange process works:

Step 1: Return the original item to us in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging).

Step 2: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the new size as requested.

Step 3: If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase.
Note: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than size and fitting issues.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene concerns or other reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page. Non-returnable items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item.

Refunds for non-defective items: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
