Return and Refund Policy for Mahi’s WearHouse

At Mahi’s WearHouse, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return and refund policy, designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.

1. Refund Policy for Manufacturing Defects

We offer a 7-day refund policy for items with manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you would like to initiate a refund, please email us at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com with a detailed description of the defect, along with clear images of the defective item. Upon reviewing your request, we will guide you through the process for arranging a return of the product.

2. Damages and Issues

We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com. Provide photos of the issue, and we will work swiftly to resolve the problem.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for size and fitting issues. The exchange process works as follows:

  • Return the original item to us in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging).

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will ship out the new size based on your request.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase, and the order will be canceled.

Note: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than size and fitting issues.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and you haven't received the refund, please reach out to us at mahiwearhouse@gmail.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or other concerns. These will be clearly noted on the product page and will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Manufacturing defects: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

  • Size exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new size.

  • Refunds for reasons other than defects or size issues: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
